Local Pickup: 

Customers based in Lahore can choose to collect from our Discount Shop. You will be able to select this method on the Checkout page. (Please google Victress Discount Shop for location)

Shipping Fee: 

The shipping Fee is Rs200. Shipping is free for Rs2000 order.

RETURN POLICY

You can exchange items or claim a refund, however:

1. Items must be unworn and unwashed, should carry original tags, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
2. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
3. In case of an exchange, the customer will pay charges for the return parcel.
4. Panties or any set including panties cannot be exchanged or returned.
5. Items purchased on discount or neither exchangeable nor returnable.

Return Process: 

1. Fill the Return Form (enclosed in every parcel) to return or exchange any product(s) of your order.
2. Repack the item(s) and enclose the form with the item(s) you wish to return.
3. Dispatch back via Pakistan Post or any courier to our address.
4. You can either take a credit voucher of equal value to reorder for exchange or get a refund.
